Over the years, we've had requests for listing of the
ingredients of the
Bogdana Internal Rejuvenating Nutritional Formula.
That was easily done as we had brochures which did
that.
So, all we needed to do was send one per each request.
With the era of the COMPUTER, however, that has changed.
Now it is different, as practically all has / is / going via the Internet.
This is good in that updates and changes can be made fast
and it enables us to keep
web sites more current in total content.
Because of the customer request, we did get a complete
listing.
It was not "easy" to get the information, but it is contained in the next section.
It soon became necessary to add the other sections.

ELECTROMAGNETIC NUTRITION and BOGDANA
Sixteen years of research on an ambitious project was finally proven successful.

The following is my personal viewpoint on the subject, so, here goes:
May we now mention how from personal experience I gained good results
and learned how to take the internal formula for best results ?
DO SHAKE CONTENTS VERY WELL !
When you put the liquid into your mouth, add water (some liquid)
and "swish it around". This really helps.
You should know (as I had to learn) that the one third of a teaspoon twice
a
day is merely a "starter" ... and actually, it becomes a "maintenance"
dose after you have regained energy and
better health.
At 2003, I add this
(more experience): I use 1/2 teaspoon twice a
day as my "maintenance" dose. It's still working 11 years later.
When I first got involved ... (when I thought nothing would work and
that I'd die),
well, after trying the formula for approximately 3 weeks, and I thought
(or imagined) that I was starting to feel better, ....
I called and (it was not easy, but my business experience helped) ...
I finally got to speak with what I called the "creator"
(the researcher who had developed the formula...)
I explained my situation, he asked questions, and I asked if he could help me.
He said "YES".... and after more questions -- he said:
Take one half teaspoon every one and a half hours "around the
clock" ...
This "FOR TWO DAYS" (48 hours around the clock).
The rest is history....
Oh yes, I asked if I would "overdose"... reply
="NO"... because,
"WHEN the SYSTEM has had enough and the CELLS ARE REJUVENATING, ...
IT will just pass via the latrine"
So, it means that one can use more than the starter 1/3 twice a day.
I now use 1/2
teaspoon twice a day and I want you to know please, that I will
soon be 84 ..
