after much research and experience.

and it comes to you from someone you never heard of:

"Mike Santella"

Over the years of business endeavors, much of my best work has 
 been done with and for people who did not know me.  
In fact, many of them never heard of me.    

There were challenges     but we succeeded ...

Projects like doing the Carpeting for 64 floors of the  "Iron Spike". 
(the United States Steel Headquarters Building in Pittsburgh, PA.)
And that was one acre of carpet per floor. 

Then there was the Interior Re-do of the William Penn Hotel (for Alcoa) -- 
Also in Pittsburgh.  We acted as "Control" for other trades, too.

When H. J. Heinz Company established Headquarters in the
USS Building, my company did the Interiors.

Also..  Rockwell corporation took five floors in that building. 
That's right we did that too....

As for V. I. P. WORK...

You know it is not "nice" nor proper to mention names of prominent people so I will not ... but rest assured that via our High-End Residential Interiors division, we did much work for famous people.

We handled a number of projects in over-seas areas for U. S. multi-national company endeavors in areas such as: Venezuela, Surinam, Guinea (West Africa), Argentina, etc.

In the late seventies, we began our love-affair with HEALTH CARE... and as a result we did much
work with hospitals and medical associations and Doctor Groups.

This began to lead us to cover When, What and Why we became involved with IMPROVING HEALTH conditions. 

Particularly for all personnel. At all levels.       

Why is this? Bear with me, I’ll tell you.
 

As you peruse the various presentations within our web-sites, you will get the visions of Amico    Santella, (Mike).  This is to let you know that in my youth, I was considered as a "bashful" person.

Later, as I engaged in the SERVICE BUSINESS ... where performance, ability to "fix anything", honesty, getting along with the "customer" (right or wrong, with me, the customer was always "right") ... at any rate, that's where I got to adopt a way of life, ... that is: tell the truth, do what you are supposed to do, when you are to do it, 
and in general, smile and perform !"

And utilize basic ethics = MORALS !

That has been my guiding thought as I've continued to "mature" (let's not get into "age") and develop good customer (client) relations.  I really work at doing this !

I use a phrase: "I trust you, you trust me!"
