The lymphatic system is one of the most important systems in the body. It's main purpose is to clean toxins from the body.
We encounter toxins on a daily basis --- in our water, the air, the food and
environments. Excess fluids,
proteins and toxins are excreted daily by the tissues of the
body. The lymph system is responsible for
the proper elimination of these wastes.
A well functioning lymphatic system is vital for a healthy immune system
and a strong immune
