This Privacy Policy explains in detail our methods and purposes for any information we collect.
It will be continuously compared with new technologies, customer business practices,

This Privacy Policy applies to MBA Company websites.
What Personal Information About Customers Does MBA Company Gather?

The information we learn from customers is used primarily when a site visitor has questions, or wishes to inquire
about our supplements.  They may send an email or a fax to us and explain what they wish to get an answer for.

We will need the necessary information (such as phone number, email, fax, etc).
This enables us to communicate with and service customer inquiries,
or to help them to place an order --- via Internet or phone / fax.

This can be done ONLINE using a credit card.  They need to fill out the form, enter their product selection, give
their name, full address, their email, the credit card name and numbers, expiration date and security code.

This is all that is needed for ONLINE ORDERING INFORMATION.

If the visitor wishes to place an order by other than via ONLINE, they may phone us (724-935-1847),
or send us an Email (amicos@aol.com ) or send a Fax (724-935-0035).

If this is the course the visitor pursues, we need only the information to process their
order via the processor (ECHO = Electronic Clearing House, Inc --- Now a division
of Intuit).  This is done via a secure system known as EchoNet.

Email (if they have one)

MBA does not take or require any other information relative to our
products and / or services from the visitor / customer.

When you browse MBA's websites, you browse anonymously.
We do not use any technology to get other information!

Personal Information --- such as your name, address, phone number or email address --
is not collected as you browse.

In order to provide you with a particular product or service, we may request that you
voluntarily supply us with personal information, including your email address and
credit card number, for purposes such as correspondence, checking your bill,
making a purchase, or enabling us to provide an online product or
 service to you in an efficient manner.

Does MBA share the information it Receives?  NO -- except that:

We may use information you have given us to, (for example), to provide a service, ensure proper billing,
consumer interest and to inform you about products or supplements (with your permission).

MBA does NOT sell its personal customer information to Others.

We share customer information only with the controls as described below.
When we receive product inventory from a resource, we do everything
necessary to handle, process, ship, etc the orders / sales.

MBA stocks all of our Supplements and ships within 24 hours of receipt of an order.

We may utilize services from others to perform functions on our behalf.

Examples include:  Processing the shipping of packages (we may use: USPS PRIORITY MAIL, FED-EX, UPS),
to send postal mail and email, providing marketing assistance, and enabling credit card payments.

The only customer information these have is the name and address to make shipment of
delivery of the products.  We release account and other personal information
only when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law;
enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements;
or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MBA Company.

With your Consent, other than as set forth above, you will receive notice if any and when
information about you may need to go to a third party, and you will have the
opportunity to choose not to share the information.

Your privacy is very important to us.  MBA Company respects your concerns about maintaining
strict privacy.  Any information that you divulge to us is kept in confidence.

We do not collect personally identifiable information on our web site or otherwise unless you
choose to give it to us via an electronic mail message, a phone call, or by postal mail.  Even
when  you choose to give us information, we keep it confidential.

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mailing lists or other personally identifiable
information.  We maintain some records of individuals who contact us (mostly in handling
 credit card orders so that we will be able to more quickly and accurately  handle future
credit card orders --- if the buyer uses the same credit card and applicable information.

If a customer instructs us to "not leave credit card" information in our computer or our alphabetical files. 
WE COMPLY -- WE DELETE IT!

We do not utilize "cookies"  on our websites (do not know how and don't want to know). Over the past 19 years of
Internet business, we have never used Direct Mail or Email Marketing to do business.  Our websites give
all important information for the buyer to make a decision to place an order, if they wish.

The server of our Internet Service Provider collects information about the date and and
time in which our web site was accessed and the Internet address of the site
from which you linked to our site. 

We understand that we have the ability to access this information, but have chosen not to avail ourselves of this data. 

If we decide to use this information, to analyze web traffic , we will only be able to measure the number
of visitors to our site. Each of our websites has a Counter near the bottom of the site.

 E-mail addresses and other personally identifiable information are not available to us.
