WHO WE ARE = and = ABOUT MBA
To SELL A PRODUCT or TO HELP YOU "KNOW".
Now for this: ---- and --- P L E A S E READ THE FOLLOWING!
This is an attempt to have those who place
orders ONLINE.
Yes, it applies to those who order via phone too.
When you enter an order. We receive an
email letting us know of the
order, with all the details you placed into the order form.
We Stock Every Item in our Price listing.
That means that we will ship
your order within 24 hours. Invariably, we will ship via the USPS
Postal System (mostly PRIORITY MAIL). You should receive the
order within a few days. Even to the West Coast, possible within
3 or 5 days. To East Coast = 2 to 3 days.
That includes going to
Florida, Texas etc too. We are in and ship from Western Pennsylvania.
During the past year, we were
"out of stock" twice. If and when this
happens, we phone or email the customer and give details as to how
soon we will ship. We contact by phone most of the time.
I recognize that the "world is
changing" == and if the mail delivery person
places your order "in the mail box" .... It no longer is indicative of
YOU
getting it. It was that way, but no longer.
Reflects things today.
When we ship your order, we send you an email
(within 24 hours.
We thank you for the order. We tell you when it was shipped and how.
So, why
this message? If you placed and order on the first of the month
and we get the email notifying us of your order (either that day or the
next),
we process the order and ship it. (Again, usually that day or the next day).
Since you will know that we ship within 24
hours, and we then notify you
via email that "we did ship and
how" .... Why would one email us / or /
phone us on the 25th of the month and say "I have not received my
order"?
There is an alternative here. We used
"Delivery Confirmation" for several years.
That adds around 65 cents to our shipment costs per package. That does not
help when people live in large buildings, or apartments, suites, etc.
So, a "fix" was to use
"SIGNATURE
CONFIRMATION"
which adds
$ 2.00 per package. You can recognize that this adds expense
to
the shipment costs, BUT, we do NOT charge
you for this.
This also means that you MUST SIGN FOR THE
SHIPMENT.
In that way, one can't say "I did not receive it".
Oh Yes, use of SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION also gives us a
"tracking" number.
This permits us to check and track the shipment. In the email we send you
(mentioned
above), we also give you the tracking number and how to use it so you know and
can also track the shipment we made to YOU. We can track it also.
So o o o = If YOU order from us, and you
do not get it within a couple of
days to a week at most (depending on which state you are in), then, let us
KNOW. Not weeks or months later.
I debated putting all this here, but, it is in
keeping with my entire philosophy
of being honest and "telling it
like it is".
I operate on the premise that people should know this.
