But, from personal experience (and of many users) newer usage:

Apply all over the areas mentioned and work with it around --- get it blended in.
This may take several minutes to do it right. (Learn by doing).

Learn how to get best results (personal info) --- Apply at the right hand groin
and spread / work it around well. Then apply to the scrotum --- be sure to cover
the entire scrotum surface and again spread and lightly work it around all over.

Just above the penis is a "bone-like" area.  Find it.  Now apply and do the
spreading and working around action there too.

This will enable you to have applied the cream all over the area ---
