What is Far Infrared?

So exactly what is far infrared? And what’s it got to do with you and I? And how can it possibly benefit our health?

I must admit when I first heard about “far infrared technology”, I was at a total loss as to what the “magic” was behind how the thing works. It’s been years since I’d even heard the term “far infrared”, and I certainly had no idea just how important the power of far infrared light is for all of us.
