This Gem is located in a private area.  Only six homeowners.

Yet, approx 2 miles away is the main north-south RT 79 Highway.

Many NEW Office Buildings and High-End Homes (mansions) are being 
established nearby ... one of our six owners is starting has his under
construction for many months and should have it done by next spring.

(Rumor has it that it is somewhere between 1 to 2 million.  It does look like
some super mansion.  It will have the RE-DONE lake what was once ours.

And a number of other "mansions" are going up nearby.  Fortunately, we
