Experiments with humans have shown that peptides can increase immune and pain-killing activity, activate

The effective use of dietary protein is becoming a high priority in the clinical practice
of many physicians.  Without a doubt, protein is the most basic of nutrients.

  Yet, protein calorie malnutrition is extremely common, if under-diagnosed, occurrence, affecting virtually
every segment of the population - young and old, rich and poor, vegetarian and meat eater alike.

Chiropractic physician and clinical nutritionist Jeff  Marrongelle believes that a majority of people, with almost
any kind of health disorder, have impaired digestion primarily; an inability to break down
and assimilate protein and its components.

  He says, "Most of the people we see who are ill are compromised in their absorption of amino acids, peptides,
 and protein, and have starved themselves of protein."

In his clinical practice,  Marrongelle sees 400 to 500 new patients each year.

SEACURE -- emerged out of a global research effort to develop a marine protein
source to supplement the diets of undernourished or starving
 children in the third world.

Throughout the 1960's, researchers at the Fisheries Research Institute in Uruguay,
worked to perfect fermentation technology that would readily convert available
 fish into a highly-absorbable  protein concentrate.

Donald G. Snyder, Ph.D.  was director of a Fisheries Research Laboratory at the
University of Maryland and a member of a committee formed by the U.S. National
Research Council to review this international protein project.

"The  work in Uruguay stood out above all other international efforts," says Snyder.

"It involved a method for the controlled enzymatic digestion of fresh deep-ocean
 fillets with  a natural fermentation process.  The tissue components are broken
 down and 'predigested' into  a mushy liquid by a unique marine microorganism.

  A delicate drying method yields a fine powder which is suitable for use as 
supplement to human diets or for the formation into tablets or capsules. 

The concentrated end-product contains the vital fish nutrients, 
including beneficial omega-3 fatty acids.

When the supplement was put into clinical use, it was immediately found to be
extremely effective and well tolerated.  Not only was this particular preparation
 helping undernourished and premature babies in a spectacular way, but the
 doctors were telling  me it was helping people of all ages with a wide variety
 of conditions, even in the remission of pain."

I've had major vascular surgery and grafting at the Mayo Clinic, whose head
 of vascular surgery there, Dr. Peter, considered my leg circulation
 some of the poorest he'd seen.  

The surgeries helped a little, but the ulcers still returned on and off.

The associated pain was severe and constant.   I was a marathon runner when all
this first happened at age 28 (I'm 43 now).  I'd continued running and working
 as an ICU nurse despite this condition but last summer was seriously 
considering further surgery and going on disability.  I tried literally dozens
 of nutritional products and am very health  conscious.  

Neither have I smoked and rarely drink.  
But nothing I did offered much more than temporary relief.

"The raw material in SEACURE," says Snyder is "derived from fish 
harvested from the  deep, unpolluted waters of the North Pacific.  

By comparison," he contends, "many of the commercial protein concentrate supplements use a base
of contaminated  land-sea animal meats from processing excess milk and reject eggs. 

Protein concentrates on the market from such raw materials as organ meats, skin,
tendons  and  gristle are often prepared by harsh physical or chemical methods." 

"Often because harsh drying methods are used, deterioration in final protein
quality occurs. And protein from the by-products of processing are
 sometimes  of questionable value to  begin with," Snyder says.

"The key thing here is the quality of the protein and the pre-digestion factor
 which make the supplement so utterly available to the body," Snyder explains.

"Consider the excellent response to it by severely malnourished premature babies. 

Many of them have no ability to handle intact, complex protein.  They do not have
 the digestive enzymes to break them down.  Feeding such protein to these infants
 is nearly  worthless and sometimes fatal -- even in such forms as liquid milk.

Accordingly, pre-digested proteins are especially valuable for premature babies,
persons with chronic digestive problems, and anyone who is poorly nourished
such as is often seen in the sick and elderly."

Helps Restore Quick Immune Response

SEACURE is readily used  by individuals with poor natural immunity.  

According to the team of doctors headed by Aquiles Delfino, M.D. of the University
 of the Republic of Uruguay's School of Medicine, the preparation was given to
 a group of 14 children with a low level of immunity (as determined by immune
 serum globulins) and a second group with normal values.

After starting the youngsters on doses from 2 to 3 grams daily, retesting revealed
 an improvement described by the researchers as from "good to spectacular."

In another immunologic study involving 70 children, both 
clinical and laboratory  results were reported as good.  

The Uruguayan researchers suggested that the role of this sea protein supplement was probably
not limited to promoting antibody production alone but rather that it may also have a role in othe
immune system activity in which proteins play a fundamental role.

  SEACURE .... has demonstrated it is a super-effective antidote to
 chronic diarrhea  and gastrointestinal ailments of all kinds.

Participants at the Third International Forum of Pediatric Gastroenterology
and Nutrition,  held in Brazil in 1977, recommended the use of hydrolyzed
(predigested)  proteins for feeding in cases of chronic diarrhea.  

At the conference, a report was read on the use of SEACURE for feeding
 during bouts of both chronic and acute diarrhea among children and adults. 

In diarrhea, there is a decrease in the digestive juices as well as

One month after surgery, he took SEACURE. 

After three or four days, he no longer needed psychiatric medication.

A  21 year-old female suffered burns of both lower extremities.   During a six-month
