Am revisiting this site on June 13, 2007: Here is what I said about my personal use information: I had gotten out of control and was faced with 178 pounds! So I STARTED WITH THE:  Procedure:  Stop eating by 6 PM Sometime after 9 PM, took the 20 drops of DIET. To  bed by 10 PM  (I am at my workstation by 3 AM daily). My first bottle is not empty yet. This morning's weight check = 170 pounds. (A week later, same bottle, dropped to 168 and back to 172 pounds [had waffles for two days], cut that out and proceeded with the program. Back to 169 pounds.) Also know this = cut out anything with sugar ("sweets").  I've done that.  It is paying off.  Feel better. My aim is looking for about 155 (my best activity weight) At start (3rd day) of second bottle of DIET, I am playing around with weight of 164 --- then, depending of what I "eat" or "indulge in" with  my food selections, and finding that my  weight keeps "moving" between the low of the 164 and as high as (this morning) at 168). So, it does work.  Have not had to do anything different than usual, just watching "sweets", minimizing (in fact I've stopped eating  "anything" from the 6 P M hour).   No more snacks, ice cream, cheese, etc (all of which I always did for as long as I can recall).  But soon, I did not miss this at all. Now August 14, 2003 ... an update on personal use: Just so you know, it is very noticeable from the face, the arms, ..... that I've lost weight (my daughters keep telling me so) besides, I can now see the difference. I've been "playing from 162 to 166 weight for about 5 days.  Depends, from what I can see, on what I eat and when. As of September 12, 2003 = Have been "playing around with 159 and 160 weight.  Have enjoyed more "good food" too thanks to daughters "kindness".  Good, right?  YES ! Will now "just watch" what variations I'll have, but I am pleased that I've come close to my best life-long activity weight. The product WORKS ! I might add that I also have been using for approx the same time as the "DIET" product, two of the 9 supplements that are in our   CELL REJUVENATION = MBA VITALHEALTH SUPPLEMENTS INFO For two months, I used the capsule version (items 8 and 9) in the listing of the nine supplements in this group.  It was "easier" for me to try the products (I'm the "tester" at times too). I know also that the "same product" if it is available in Liquid form should do more good faster.  So for 6 days, I've been using the Liquid form of the capsules.  Is it helping with the weight situation?   Can't tell yet.
