Our starting date in the MBA Internet
Health Improving arena, began in early 1992.
As we learned to use the computer and create web sites, we receive
a customers email in two ways.
One = When we receive an email letting us know that there is an ORDER PLACED ONLINE.
Invariably, that email lists the buyers
email along with other information about
the order. Enough Information for us to process and ship your order.
Two = We do receive many phone orders.
Not nearly as much as we get ONLINE ORDERS --- but, we make it
clear that we are "alive" and may be contacted for any question or comment about
contents of our sites.
Often the caller places an order.
Along with the usual information that is required when one uses a Credit Card,
we ask for their email (we always tell the buyer that "we do not do Email
Marketing -- Why?
Because we've never done this --- and
possibly more WHY? Because I don't know how to do mass mailings.
Frankly, never needed to do that -- because our sites give us results by
"telling it like it is" ---
No gimmicks, no ulterior intent. Just answer caller questions and orders. PERIOD.
